This is a high pressure, high responsibility position that is not for the faint of heart. We are looking for a leader of people, not just a manager. A good fit is someone who will represent our business well. This is a high-speed restaurant atmosphere and certainly not a desk job. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all departments Manage POS systems Train, develop, and mentor team members to uphold service excellence and operational consistency Handle shift management by coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining smooth workflow Conduct regular performance evaluations, staff training sessions, and team meetings to foster a motivated workforce Requirements Ideally a Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant environments with strong leadership background Prior experience in restaurant leadership Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively, including interviewing, training & development, and leadership skills Strong understanding of food safety management, inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Excellent communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service Must be willing to work 3 nights per week and most Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday.
