Job Overview We are seeking a responsible, organized, and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for hospitality and team development.
Schedule :
5-6 working days per week Able to work on weekends and holidays Key Responsibilities Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations Train, supervise, and support restaurant staff Manage employee scheduling and labor allocation Conduct sanitation and cleanliness inspections Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently Maintain and improve service procedures and standards Control operational costs and improve efficiency Drive sales growth and overall store performance Oversee daily restaurant operations and workflow Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsible, organized, and team-oriented Chinese-speaking candidates are preferred Basic restaurant English communication skills required Bilingual communication skills are a plus
