Position Summary Surge Staffing is seeking an organized, customer-focused, and motivated Bilingual On-Site Supervisor (English/Spanish) to manage the day-to-day staffing operations for one of our key client locations. This role is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, supporting temporary employees, coordinating workforce needs, and maintaining accurate administrative processes.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5:45am-3:30pm (1 Hour Break) The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, experience in staffing or workforce management, and the ability to build positive relationships with both clients and employees. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client and temporary workforce. Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and employees. Recruit, onboard, and match qualified candidates to meet client staffing needs. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overall performance. Maintain regular communication with client representatives regarding staffing requirements and workforce concerns. Process new hire documentation, including background checks, Form I-9s, and E-Verify. Assist with Workers' Compensation claims and employee incident reporting. Reconcile vendor invoices and maintain accurate records. Complete required administrative tasks and reporting in a timely manner. Support employee engagement, coaching, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and employment regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be proficient in both English and Spanish High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. 1-2 years of supervisory experience or 3-5 years of customer service experience required. Staffing, recruiting, human resources, or workforce management experience is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail. Experience processing background checks, Form I-9s, and E-Verify. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
