We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-time Facility Shift Supervisor with a passion for succeeding and seeing others succeed in a fun, active, safe, and courteous environment. Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee daily facility operations and create daily staff schedules Complete end-of-day revenue consolidation Stay up to date with facility maintenance/upkeep Work closely with the management team to ensure a high quality of customer service Greet guests and guide them through the check-in process Introduce new customers to Funtopia's attractions, the services we offer, and the products we sell Promote our special events, programs, and memberships Assist groups with the harnessing procedures and review safety instructions Ensure climbing is conducted in a safe and appropriate manner Assist, advise, and maintain safety practices in the play areas (slide safety, wall safety, harness safety, and clip safety specifically) Answer and address customer issues, inquiries, and concerns with excellent attention to detail in person, by phone, on social media pages, or by email Keep abreast of all new policies or procedures required for safe operation Comply with all quality systems and assist in the introduction of any new quality system procedures as required Perform additional tasks as appropriate in carrying out the duties of the position
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Preferably has worked with youth and families Safety conscious, self-directed, and reliable High level of front-line customer service Ability to handle all types of customer personalities and business situations in a fluid-working environment with strength and ease Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work with others on a high-performance team and with minimal supervision Possess a positive communication style (be naturally happy, energetic & confident)
Qualifications:
Must be available to work Monday-Sunday (up to 5 days per week), mornings and evenings during business hours Must have at least one year of supervising or managing experience Must have experience in customer service and cash handling Possess some college coursework or Associate's Degree Must speak English fluently Must be able to commute to this job location A current police background check is required
