SUPERHERO
working with a team of professionals to bring nutritious and authentic food to our customers.Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Schedules and assigns work assignments to the team and oversees completion of tasks
- Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety, and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Setting the team up for success by preparing the condiments and utensil areas
- Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations
- Contributing to a positive work environment
- Demonstrating integrity, dependability, and punctuality
- Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent guest service
- Following food safety requirements/guidelines
- Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and other related tasks

- Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to follow spoken and written directions
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Proficient computer skills
