We are hiring at Ferentino's Pizzeria in Lake Forest. Qualifications 1-2+ years food service experience Basic understanding of labor and food costs Comfortable using a POS system (Toast, Square, etc.) Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) Can build and manage shift schedules Leadership skills — training, coaching, holding people accountable Good at handling customer complaints and team conflicts Physical stamina — standing, lifting, fast-paced environment Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays) Basic inventory/vendor management knowledge
