As a Dining Room Supervisor, you lead daily dining operations to ensure an exceptional resident experience, high service standards, and smooth team coordination.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise and support the dining services team during daily operations
- Manage dining room flow, table assignments, and service timing
- Greet and seat residents and guests with hospitality and professionalism
- Conduct pre-meal briefings and communicate daily menu highlights
- Ensure food service standards, cleanliness, and etiquette are maintained
- Address and resolve resident and guest concerns promptly
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping oversight
- Monitor inventory, side work, and dining room readiness
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance standards You serve as a working leader—balancing hands-on service with team supervision to deliver a welcoming and consistent dining experience.
