The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant in the daily operations. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line Food preparation and portioning prior to service Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment Deliver exceptional customer service Must have good upselling and sales building skills Maintain a safe work atmosphere Prefer a hands-on and fast-paced work environment Understand the importance of excellent customer service Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
