Hourly Pay + Unlimited Commission | Leadership | Sales | Advancement Opportunities Encore Car Wash is looking for a dependable, motivated Shift Lead who enjoys working with customers, leading a team, and achieving sales goals. This is a hands-on leadership position in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. Our Shift Leads spend their shifts on their feet, working alongside the team and interacting directly with customers. The position requires someone who is comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, rainy, snowy, and changing weather conditions and who takes pride in providing excellent customer service while helping the team achieve its goals. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive, or customer service leadership experience who wants to take the next step in their career. What You'll Do Lead and support employees during your shift Lead by example and maintain high standards for customer service and employee performance Actively engage customers and recommend wash packages and memberships Help the team achieve daily and monthly sales and membership goals Train, coach, and motivate employees Open and close the location as needed Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally Monitor the site to ensure it is clean, safe, and operating properly Communicate effectively with management and team members Assist with day-to-day operations and other tasks as needed Hold team members accountable for following company policies and procedures What We're Looking For Previous supervisory, shift lead, key holder, or team leadership experience is required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable engaging with customers, explaining our wash options, and confidently recommending memberships and Fast Passes based on the customer's needs. Sales-oriented with a desire to achieve and exceed goals Dependable, responsible, and willing to take ownership Ability to lead by example and hold others accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions Able to remain on your feet and actively moving throughout the shift Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Basic computer and technology skills Reliable availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed This Job Is a
