Job Description

Description Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our Food Service Leader Team . Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.
Food Service Leader Responsibilities:
Oversee daily work assignments for Dining/Food Service Aids services staff Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and furnishings Maintains and cleans equipment in dining area, serving area, stations, and kitchen Checks with Manager on Catering events daily Responsible for all Temperature/Cooler Logs being completed on a monthly basis Assist with work assignments as needed Monitors departmental requirements with all infection control policies and procedure Monitor pest control within buildings Other duties as assigned by Director of Food Services The ability to uphold Compass Park standards of customer service
Food Service Leader Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum one year experience in long term care environment preferred The ability to work independently with little supervision
