This role supervises and trains staff, coordinates our Community Cat/TNR and foster programs, assists with adoptions and rescue placement, provides routine animal care and medical treatments, and works closely with the public, volunteers, veterinarians, and rescue partners. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, dependable, comfortable handling cats of all temperaments, and able to make difficult animal-welfare decisions when necessary. This is an active shelter position that requires someone who is equally comfortable caring for animals, leading a team, and working with the community.
