Smalls Sliders is growing in Muncie, and we're looking for experienced Squad Team Leads who are ready to take their careers to the next level! WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Squad Team Lead, you'll play a key role in leading our team, supporting daily operations, and creating an environment where our people and guests feel valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. Coach, train, and develop Squad Members. Deliver an exceptional guest experience. Maintain speed of service, food quality, and cleanliness standards. Support front-of-Can and back-of-Can operations. Ensure food safety and operational standards are consistently followed. Help manage labor and maintain productivity during your shifts. Support training and onboarding of new team members. Lead by example and create a positive, energetic work environment. Work closely with our management team to achieve restaurant goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for leaders who take ownership, bring positive energy, and know how to get the best out of their teams.

Our ideal candidate has:

Previous QSR, fast-food, or high-volume restaurant experience. Previous shift leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience coaching and developing team members. The ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. A passion for delivering great guest experiences. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience as a Shift Leader, Shift Manager, Team Lead, or Assistant Manager in a quick-service restaurant is highly preferred.
