Shifts available between 9 AM - 11 PM HotBox Pizza is looking for motivated, energetic, and pizza-loving individuals to join our team as Shift Leaders! As a Shift Leader, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a fun, fast-paced work environment. Whether you're looking for part-time flexibility or a full-time opportunity to grow, we've got the perfect spot for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities. Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ensure food quality and service standards are met. Assist with training new team members. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and any issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support the team during peak hours, including making pizzas and working the register.

What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude and strong leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Great communication and organizational abilities. Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed. Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, but not required). A passion for pizza and people!
