Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operating Partner to lead and elevate our hospitality operations in 9 locations throughout Indiana . In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant functions, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire teams, optimize food and beverage quality, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality management. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and front-of-house services Supervise staff training, team management, and shift management to ensure efficient service delivery Oversee food safety protocols, inventory control, and food handling procedures to maintain compliance with health regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor financial performance through profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and cost control measures Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Conduct staff interviewing, training & development sessions to foster a motivated and skilled team Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food production within casual dining or fine dining settings Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Proven supervisory experience in managing hospitality teams, including staff training and team leadership Deep understanding of food safety management, inventory control, and food handling standards Ability to analyze profit & loss statements, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives Excellent managerial communication skills with a focus on team management and customer service excellence Strong background in restaurant management with experience in shift management, catering, banquet operations or bar service preferred Join us as an Operating Partner to lead vibrant teams, deliver memorable guest experiences, and shape the future of our hospitality brand. Pay:
Up to $150,000.00 per year
