SHIFT LEAD - JOIN OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our management team as a Shift Lead . As a Shift Lead, you will help oversee the store during your shift and work closely with the Store Manager and other members of management to ensure the store is running smoothly and our customers receive excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting cashiers and stockers during your shift Making sure customer service standards are met and exceeded Keeping the store clean, organized, and properly stocked Balancing cashier drawers and completing end-of-night office procedures Preparing the bank deposit for the following business day Learning and assisting with opening procedures when working with the Store Manager Following through on daily notes, assignments, and management responsibilities Helping lead the team and maintain a positive, productive work environment Taking on additional management duties as needed

OPEN AVAILABILITY AND A COMMITMENT TO RELIABLE ATTENDANCE ARE REQUIRED.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 38.0 per week
