Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Manager to lead our Auntie Annes/ Cinnabon team with passion and precision. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. As a Manager, you will inspire your team, oversee food preparation and service, manage inventory, and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and outstanding customer experiences Oversee and prepare food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and safety regulations Manage POS systems such as Qu Beyond POS for accurate order processing and cash handling deposits Train, develop, and motivate staff in food service techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards Conduct shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and resolving operational issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong supervisory skills Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management Familiarity with POS systems like Qu Beyond POS ; proficient in cash handling procedures Prior experience in hospitality management or restaurant operations; assistant manager experience preferred Strong team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and lead diverse staff members Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing, staff training, and customer interactions Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and shift scheduling effectively Demonstrated understanding of food industry standards including casual dining, catering, and kitchen management Join us to lead a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional food experiences!
