Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Lead, motivate, and train team members in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols to foster a positive work environment. Manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards. Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal product availability. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Assist in kitchen management tasks including food production, cooking supervision, and quality assurance. Support staff training initiatives and participate in interviewing prospective team members to build a strong workforce. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within quick service or fast food environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings. Familiarity with inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures. Ability to manage shift operations effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
