Job Description

We are a small, family-owned restaurant looking to add a member to our staff. As a kitchen lead you will be responsible with delivering a positive experience to all customers by providing the best service and product possible. Duties will include.
  • ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
  • maintain a clean and properly stocked kitchen at all times
  • being aware of kitchen equipment functions and identifying issues
  • assist with scheduling and staffing needs
  • preparation of simple menu items in a timely and correct manner
  • monitor inventory levels The ideal team member would be someone who is proud of the product and work they offer with the desire to continually improve their own success personally and professionally.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while you maintain our high levels of expectations. Our desire is that every customer leaves with the intention to return and we are grateful when that is accomplished.
