About the Role We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and people-focused Front of House Shift Leader who has a heart for serving others and a passion for developing a strong team. As a Shift Leader, you will lead daily Front of House operations while creating a welcoming and encouraging environment for both our guests and Team Members. You will set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, celebrate success, and help us achieve excellent business results. Shift Leader Responsibilities Create and promote a culture of care and a mindset of excellence. Lead Front of House operations and ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Inspire, engage, coach, and develop Team Members to become the best version of themselves. Communicate clear priorities and direction in a fast-paced, challenging, and ever-changing environment. Assign positions, organize breaks, and make adjustments based on business needs. Hold Team Members accountable while providing encouragement, recognition, and helpful coaching. Help the restaurant achieve Top 20% results in Overall Satisfaction, Speed of Service, Order Accuracy, Food Safety, and Labor Costs. Deliver and model Chick-fil-A's signature hospitality and 2nd Mile Service. Maintain unwavering professionalism when interacting with guests and Team Members. Resolve guest concerns with care, urgency, and sound judgment. Ensure the dining room, front counter, drive-thru, and other guest-facing areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Oversee cash-handling procedures and ensure accuracy. Follow and enforce all food safety, health, sanitation, and restaurant procedures. Lead opening, transition, pre-closing, or closing procedures as assigned. Prepare the Front of House for the next shift or business day. Support restaurant operations and complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least one year of previous leadership experience is required. A history of producing measurable results in a leadership role. A genuine heart for serving and developing others. Extreme dependability and a strong sense of ownership. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized under pressure. Positive, honest, hardworking, and team-oriented. Willingness to receive feedback and continue growing as a leader. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain active throughout the shift. Availability on a variety of weekdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer-service leadership experience is strongly preferred. What We Offer Leadership Development
