Role Summary:

As a Shift Leader, you'll oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. You'll also be responsible for maintaining food safety standards and supporting team training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise shift operations and ensure smooth workflow Motivate team members to provide excellent customer service Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies Train new staff and manage inventory as needed Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues Monitor team performance and provide feedback
