Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Teaches and practices MOKAS standards of quality, timeliness, and service Leads by example, is vocal and prepared Organized and develops good time management skills Always willing to learn and be receptive to coaching and constructive criticism Manages team members on the floor often while working one of the stations Monitors staff and focuses on coaching and refining team member skills Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of facility and equipment
