What you'll be doing FOH Shift Lead Serve as the operational lead of the dining room when the GM is off Jump into any FOH station — expo, cashier, barista, support — wherever the team needs you Open and close the restaurant and handle approved administrative duties Coach FOH team members on guest service and standards in real time, on the floor Handle guest feedback with patience, positivity, and urgency Maintain sanitation and service standards — every shift, no exceptions BOH Shift Lead Serve as the culinary lead when the GM is off — the one they trust to protect the product Jump in anywhere on the line — prep, cook, expo — wherever the kitchen needs you most Open and close the kitchen and handle approved operational duties Coach BOH team members on recipes, technique, and culinary standards in real time, on the line Keep the kitchen communicating — with each other and with FOH — so everything runs seamlessly Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards — every plate, every time What we're looking for — in both roles A natural leader who coaches and supports Positive attitude and genuine pride in the work Calm under pressure, consistent under volume, uncompromising on standards Strong communicator — you listen as well as you lead A true Biscuit Belly culture ambassador Able to stand for 7-8 hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs Day shift availability required — no evenings, ever

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
