WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

As the Food Service Team Lead you will support the daily operations in our dining rooms and kitchen. You maintain sanitation standards, assist with meal service, and ensure accurate dietary documentation for residents. Lead and support staff during daily operations Train team members and monitor performance Manage admissions updates, tray cards, and nourishment labels Oversee meal prep and service Maintain sanitation and safety standards Assist with inventory, ordering, and deliveries Support QAPI initiatives What We're Looking For Experience in food service or healthcare dining Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to cleanliness, accuracy, and resident satisfaction
