Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service in the bar, restaurant, or catering setting
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operations and profitability
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending, manager, catering, banquet, coffee, hotel, or food production roles is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service
