Job Description
Area Supervisor Description As an Area Supervisor, you'll drive operational excellence and make sure Whataburger high standards are met by making sure the restaurants in your market area are always clean, safe and ready for business. You'll also lead every part of the Family Member (employee) experience by inspiring others to exceed customer expectations. Our plans for the future will be powered by the action plans you create based on performance data and financial goals. Responsibilities

- Previous experience in leading highly motivated teams.
- Experience with Cost of Goods control and understanding of Inventories in a restaurant or similar business environment.
- Ability to hire, train and retain a well-performing team while having fun.
- Enjoys people and the interactions with both your internal and external customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push on occasion
- Must be able to read (orders on tickets, menu board, receipts, etc.)
- Must be able to drive
- Contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items
- Frequent washing of hands
- Must be able to use computers, telephones, and office equipment Benefits
