Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items to enhance sales and promote special offers or new products Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, stocking supplies, and supporting kitchen operations during busy periods Experience Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that creates welcoming experiences for guests Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Experience working in fast-paced settings like cafés, grocery stores, or food industry establishments is highly valued Embark on an exciting journey where your energy fuels great service!
