ESSENTIAL DUTIES

"Must understand and practice the concept of teamwork" "Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service." SKILLS REQUIRED
Position requires ability to: "Must have attention to detail." Knowledge of catering, food preparation, and decoration. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur. Maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons and others encountered in the course of employment. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to accomplish job. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events. Daily lifting to 20 lbs., constant reaching, stooping, standing, and walking. Must be able to balance serving trays and have good manual dexterity. Required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position requires work inside and outside of the building, parking lots included and some exposure to adverse conditions. Performing work through repetitive eye/hand coordination.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
