Main Squeeze Bossier City is looking for an energetic, reliable Shift Lead to help run day-to-day operations at our cold-pressed juice bar. The Shift Lead is a key role in the store — it determines whether a shift runs smoothly or falls apart during a rush. Strong shift-level leadership means better food and drinks, shorter wait times, and a better overall customer experience. What You'll Do Open or close the location and ensure all safety and food-handling protocols are followed Direct crew members during shift hours Maintain drink and food consistency and speed of service — both are core to the Main Squeeze standard Handle basic customer service escalations on the spot, with the brand's signature friendly energy Count drawers, and complete shift reports Coach newer team members on juice/smoothie recipes, the juicing process, and menu knowledge Oversee cleanliness, food prep standards, and daily inventory counts Keep ticket times low without sacrificing quality or friendliness What We're Looking For Previous experience in food service, juice/coffee bars, or retail (leadership experience a plus) Strong communication and people skills; a team player who's courteous and respectful Dependable, punctual, and able to problem-solve on the fly Comfortable operating juicing equipment safely and keep store organized Comfortable working mornings/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Able to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods, and stay active during a shift Reliable transportation Passion for health, wellness, and great customer service Hours & Schedule Store hours: 7 AM-8 PM Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-6 PM Sunday — no late nights, no overnights We work hard to keep hours flexible and cater to your schedule Pay & Perks $11
