  • As a Commissary Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.
Responsibilities Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products are in their appropriate locations Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas Oversee set up machines, equipment and proper closing of assigned area Enforce company policies and safety regulations Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse Qualifications Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required Strong management skills: ability to delegate and coach others Basic math skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following job procedures and manager instructions No college degree required Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season
