Plus, if you love to read, you'll enjoy all the perks of working at a bookstore too!
The restaurant in the Trident has dining rooms on two floors, seasonal patio seating, a bar, and a large private event room. The menu features perpetual breakfast served until 10pm, along with a large selection of lunch and dinner entrees, fresh juices and smoothies, and more. Our service style is a hybrid of full-service dining and QR code technology.
We're seeking a responsible and reliable supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities include:
Oversee the execution and support of the Trident s Steps of Service to ensure all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.

Serve as a liaison with the BOH team to ensure that all food and drink are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant s recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards, including expediting on busy shifts.
Work closely with our events team to support public and private events with food and beverage offerings.
Perform cash control, shift reports, and FOH and BOH walkthroughs.
