Job Description
Revival is currently seeking a full-time Cafe Supervisor for our Alewife location to support and develop cafe staff, and foster inclusive relationships with all team members, vendors, and guests. This person will work directly with a team of 4 -5 staff to tackle everyday operational procedures, with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, industry standards, and knowledge! Weekend availability is required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and natural leader, with extensive cafe or restaurant experience.
