  • Part-Time Dalmoros Fresh Italian Dalmoros Fresh Italian is looking for a reliable, energetic Shift Lead / Closer to join our team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, takes pride in keeping things organized, and is comfortable helping lead a team. This position is primarily Friday through Sunday with a consistent weekend schedule and 15+ hours per week . Available Schedule Options Schedule 1

  • 6:00 PM Responsibilities As a Shift Lead / Closer, you will help keep the restaurant running smoothly while providing a great experience for our guests.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting team members during your shift Providing friendly and efficient customer service Preparing and serving Dalmoros menu items according to our standards Keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and properly stocked Handling POS transactions and cash responsibly Completing opening and/or closing duties Ensuring cleaning and food-safety procedures are followed Maintaining product quality and presentation Communicating operational or staffing issues to management Ensuring all closing tasks are completed properly before leaving What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Comfortable taking a leadership role Positive attitude and strong teamwork Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Consistent Friday-Sunday availability Willing to help wherever needed Restaurant or leadership experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person What We Offer 15+ hours per week Set Friday-Sunday schedule Competitive hourly pay + tips Free Dalmoros meal while working Fun, fast-paced work environment Opportunity to grow into additional leadership responsibilities If you're dependable, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a growing Italian restaurant brand, we'd love to hear from you.
