Description At Chick-fil-A Danvers, Team Leaders are responsible for leading restaurant shifts by building effective plans, collaborating with other Team Leaders, delegating tasks, and persisting creatively
Team Leader Responsibilities:
Be a "REMARK"able Team Member. Create effective shift setups using OneClick. Ensure the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists. Utilize the manager swipe card according to restaurant policies. Ensure the completion of all breaks, according to restaurant guidelines, MA and federal labor laws. Ensure the restaurant phone is always answered promptly. Support the Trainers in training and retraining initiatives. Create and communicate (Welcome Walkthrough) goals each shift. Follow all restaurant, MA, and federal labor laws. Ensure the entire team follows all uniform and appearance standards. Ensure proper stewardship of restaurant equipment and facilities Communicate any business needs and operational improvement ideas to the corresponding Area Lead.
