Position:

The Food Service Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the district's food service program. This 205-day position oversees all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, budgeting, procurement, inventory management, staff supervision, program development, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will foster a safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation that supports student health, wellness, and academic achievement. Responsibilities include managing food service personnel, overseeing meal production and distribution, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, preparing and submitting required state and federal reports, and ensuring compliance with all applicable school nutrition regulations.

The Director will collaborate closely with the Business & Operations Manager, and district leadership to support facility needs, equipment planning, staffing, operational improvements, and long-term program development.
