We're a fast-casual Indian kitchen — bowls, tacos, wraps, naan made fresh. Counter service, no table service. Our evening shift is our busiest, and we're looking for one person to own it. What you'd be doing Running the dinner shift: assigning stations, setting breaks, keeping the line moving Checking every order before it goes out Handling customer issues directly Managing callouts and coverage for your shift

Closing:

cash, breakdown, waste log, handoff notes for the morning What we're looking for Restaurant experience, and at least some time in a lead or closing role Comfortable counting a drawer and preparing a deposit Reliable — this is the shift that has to run without an owner on the floor Must be 18 or older What we offer $18-19/hour to start, with room to move up as you take on more A set schedule. We don't rotate people week to week. Paid break on double shifts Real authority over your shift, not just a title You don't need Indian food experience. We'll teach the menu.
