We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of senior services for over 75 years. We offer a comprehensive new hire orientation as well as ongoing training including, but not limited to, dementia, disaster & emergency elder abuse and first-aid. We are looking for an organized, compassionate Leader who is dependable and empathetic and thrives in a warm, community-focused environment. The Dining Room Supervisor role is a part-time position (Monday thru Friday from 3pm to 7pm) for a total of 25/hours per week and reporting to the Director of Dining Room Services.

Job Responsibilities:

Work alongside DR Management to oversee evening Dining Room operations ensuring meals are served efficiently, accurately and on schedule. The Dining Room Supervisor will demonstrate quality customer service, leadership and supervisory skills while managing the workflow and implementing structure and organization amongst the Servers.

Requirements:
