You'll be the go-to person on shift for staff, cleanliness, and closing duties. Responsibilities Supervise and support evening retail + production staff Maintain cleanliness of bakery, kitchen, cases, and dining areas Complete nightly cleaning checklists and closing procedures Handle minor maintenance issues; report larger repairs Ensure all products are stocked, rotated, and stored properly Uphold health code and company standards at all times Close register, complete end-of-day reports Requirements 1+ year in a lead, shift supervisor, or management role Food service, bakery, or restaurant experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays Able to stand 8+ hours, lift 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment ServSafe certified a plus Pay & Benefits $20-$23/hr based on experience Paid time off Employee discount Growth opportunities in a stable, 75+ year company Schedule 4-5 evenings per week, including weekends.
