TEAM LEADER OPPORTUNITY

Fun City Trampoline Park We're also looking for experienced Team Leaders who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey! The Team Leader is a hands-on supervisory and support position that reports directly to Management. Team Leaders help keep the park running smoothly while supporting, coaching, and leading our team members.

• Team Leader Responsibilities
• Duties include, but are not limited to: Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming park Ensuring park rules and safety procedures are consistently followed Supporting all departments in Management's absence Verifying reservations and other billing information for accuracy Cross-training in all departments Ensuring team members are working efficiently and positively Training new employees Providing ongoing coaching and employee development Assisting Management with employee discipline when necessary Managing employee break schedules Ensuring applicable laws, policies, and regulations are followed Responding to and reporting injuries and incidents promptly and appropriately Supporting Management with daily park operations and other assigned responsibilities • Experience Required • Previous supervisory experience overseeing staff is required.

This position requires:

Extended periods on your feet Frequent walking throughout the facility The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfort working around loud music and an energetic environment The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
