Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time Shift Leader to join our team (must be 18+). The Shift Leader will oversee operations of a shift, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. All applicants are required to submit at least 1 reference. After applying, send the reference contact information via Indeed message! Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Train team members to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory control, ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked and organized. Oversee food production processes per shift, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction. Be a subject matter expert in Crumbl processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Required Skills At least 6 months of leadership experience in a food/hospitality field. Proficient in food handling practices and kitchen operations. Familiarity with inventory control processes to manage stock efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively. Knowledge of food production techniques to ensure high-quality meal preparation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay ranges from $17-$19 per hour depending on experience. There is room for promotions as well!
