This role combines creativity, strategy, and execution through in-store promotions, community outreach, catering growth, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and passionate about using marketing to deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging in-store events and promotions that increase traffic and sales Organize and manage team member sales and check-average contests to motivate performance Coordinate weekly food distribution to local schools and businesses Oversee catering orders from inquiry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction Manage quarterly POP materials and the reader board displays in alignment with brand standards Create and publish weekly social media content on Facebook and Instagram Build and maintain strong community partnerships that drive awareness and revenue, and host community events Track sales results and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives Collaborate with restaurant leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals Qualifications Experience in marketing, sales, or event coordination (restaurant or hospitality preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Working knowledge of Canva, Facebook, and Instagram content publishing Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Work Schedule Full-time Flexible schedule based on events and business needs Why Join Our Team?
