Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Shift Lead or Team Member, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food service experiences. This energetic position combines leadership, teamwork, and culinary skills to ensure smooth operations during your shift. You will oversee concessions functions, serve guest , and uphold food safety standards—all while providing second level customer service. This is a fast pace position at Stadium and Arena Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during shifts to ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards Assist with food preparation, cooking, and food production to maintain high-quality offerings Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Manage inventory control, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and food handling regulations to uphold health standards Support staff training and development by mentoring team members and conducting performance feedback Oversee shift management duties such as scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and resolving customer concerns promptly Qualifications Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong understanding of restaurant operations Proven leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality management or food service management roles Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling experience required Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices Excellent communication skills for team management, training, and customer interactions Experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is a plus; banquet or catering experience is beneficial Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
