Turf Valley Resort is looking for a Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to work in Alexandra's Restaurant. Position SummaryThe Food and Beverage Supervisor supports the daily operation of the resort's restaurant, bar, golf, pool, and other food and beverage outlets. This position works alongside the service team while helping maintain organization, communication, cleanliness, and service standards. This role is hands on and floor focused. The Food and Beverage Supervisor helps keep service moving, supports staff during busy periods, assists with setup and breakdown, and communicates operational needs to the appropriate manager. This position may also support seasonal activations, outlet extensions, member events, and other food and beverage programs throughout the property. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work alongside restaurant, bar, golf, pool, and outlet staff during daily service. Support the restaurant and outlet teams with service flow, guest needs, table maintenance, station restocking, side work, and general floor support. Assist with opening, closing, setup, breakdown, and shift readiness. Help ensure dining rooms, bars, service stations, patios, pool areas, golf service areas, and storage areas are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. Support staff by answering basic questions, clarifying service details, and helping keep the team on task. Help review menus, specials, reservations, outlet notes, event details, and service expectations before and during service. Assist with food and beverage activations, seasonal programs, outlet extensions, and special service needs throughout the property as assigned. Communicate guest needs, service issues, supply needs, maintenance concerns, and staffing concerns to the appropriate manager. Assist with training new team members by demonstrating proper service steps, setup standards, side work expectations, and guest service standards. Help maintain uniform, cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards. Assist with counts, checklists, supplies, inventory support, and other basic operational tasks as assigned. Provide limited banquet and event support when needed, including setup assistance, service support, breakdown, or event coverage as directed by management. Maintain a professional, positive, and service focused attitude. Scope of Role The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a working support position focused on restaurant and outlet operations. This role helps guide staff during service, supports setup and breakdown, communicates operational needs, and helps keep the operation organized. Reports To F&B Director
