You'll greet guests, monitor the play area, support parents, and help maintain a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet families, answer questions, and help with check-in procedures Monitor the play area to ensure safe play and rules are followed Maintain cleanliness throughout the day (tables, floors, play areas, party rooms, restrooms as needed) Restock supplies (sanitizer, paper goods, socks, etc.) Help with light party support (reset rooms, basic assistance) Report issues quickly (spills, injuries, broken items, behavior concerns) Provide great customer service and a positive vibe
