We are looking for someone to be our new shift lead at Bakehouse 46. Shifts typically run from 6am-2pm, or 2pm-9:30pm. 38 Hours a week average. This is a tip position as well $15 an hour plus tips.

Responsibilities include:

Servicing customers promptly with a possitive attitude. Maintaining accurate cash-drawer over the day. Product prep, including decorating cupcakes, cheesecakes, brownies, sandwiches, and coffee and lattes (We will train you on all of it if you are not experienced in these specific areas, but experience is a plus.) Supervise and hold team members accountable. Delegating tasks and responsibilities to counter staff Maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for our customers. Want to grow?

This is an accelerated management program that brings you through the ranks to eventually make you a General Manager. Want to learn? We will train you No decorating experience? No problem! QUALIFICATIONS
