Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Courtyard by Marriott Bay City. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service at our Bistro, during our Banquets, and during any Food & Beverage Event. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. A little taste of your day-to-day Every day is different, but you will mostly be: Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices Maintaining food and beverage equipment, facilities and stock levels to ensure exceptional guest and corporate experiences What we need from you High school diploma or General Education Certificate is required. Previous Food and Beverage experience is required. Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies. Multi-task effectively in a busy kitchen, restaurant, and public atmosphere Compute basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
