Job Description

Dining Room Supervisor:
At Cedarbrook Senior Living, we work hard every day to find out what "Celebrating Life Every Day!" means to our residents and their families, then we help them achieve these goals. We are seeking a dynamic Dining Room Supervisor to work during the afternoon shift at our community.
Education/Experience:
Assists with executing daily meal services for all residents and guests. Receives and resolves dining room service concerns immediately in conjunction with the Food Service Manager, Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef, or the Director of Dining Services. Ensures servers are trained properly to achieve maximum productivity and deliver high standards. Is diligent with the dining room team members to ensure that they are in the proper, neat, clean, pressed uniform including name tag and safety shoes at all times. Plans daily dining room set-up, sections, service and side-work based on resident meal counts. Follows up to ensure all tasks have been completed to maintain a like-new appearance. Ensures team members attend service lineup and department in-service meetings. Assist with ensuring a consistent cleaning and maintenance schedule is completed. Addresses and reports deficiencies and maintenance concerns. Ensures that local and state laws, policies and procedures are consistently followed. Demonstrates self-motivation, organization, and problem-solving skills.:
