Job Description

Buist Community Assistance Center (BCAC) in Byron Center, Michigan is a Christian organization, dedicated to sharing the love of Christ by providing "Food for Today, Hope for Tomorrow". BCAC is seeking a passionate, mission driven Director to lead our growing non-profit organization. The Director of a food pantry serves as the chief operational and strategic leader.
Their primary duties include:
Managing food sourcing and warehouse logistics Overseeing staff and volunteer teams Maintaining community partnerships to ensure local food security Driving fundraising and grant writing Preferred Qualifications Non-profit experience Strong leadership and team building skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting Commitments to serving the community with dignity and respect
What We Offer:
Full time (40 hours per week) Competitive Salary based on experience, plus benefits as applicable
