Job Description
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and supervise a team of staff members, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Assist in the preparation and execution of special events or functions
Skills:
- Previous experience in food production
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in computer systems and software relevant to the industry
