Job Responsibilities Prepares the MCPA lobby and house (auditorium seating areas) for events and performances based on the MCPA production schedule. Assists House Managers with general, event-related Front of House (FOH) tasks including, but not limited to, setting up technology, assigning volunteer positions, assisting with sign-in and sign-out processes, and placing signage, boards, and/or placards when necessary. This position may include tasks such as scanning tickets during patron entry, helping attendees find their seats, completing simple, in-person customer service interactions, providing directions or information, tagging mobility assistance devices, and offering general patron assistance when needed. Assists volunteers with questions, schedule issues, or volunteer app needs. Other light duties as assigned. Education No specific education, licensing, or certifications are required for this position. Qualifications No specific experience is required.
