Build the Culture. Create Something Special. Table 42° is an upscale casual American restaurant opening in Farmington, Michigan, and we're looking for an experienced Service Director to lead our Front of House operations and beverage program. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest experience, team development, wine, cocktails, and building a strong service culture. Responsibilities Lead all Front of House operations including the dining room, bar, hosts, and service team. Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing staff. Create and maintain exceptional service standards and guest experiences. Develop and manage the restaurant's wine, cocktail, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage programs. Train staff on food, beverage, wine, and service knowledge. Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, ordering, and beverage costs. Work closely with ownership and the Executive Chef to help grow the business. Qualifications 5+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale casual, fine dining, or high-volume hospitality. Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and beer. Experience building or managing beverage programs. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
